Return / Exchange Policy
It is our great honor that you choose our site for your cosplay costume. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue.We understand that sometimes a order is just not quite right and that's why we offer a easy Return & Exchange option for your order.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
1.The goods are not used, washed and have no traces of use, odor, or stains.
2.The goods need to be mailed back to our company's warehouse.
3.The size is found to be inappropriate within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

Returns Policy:
1.We will offer 100% refund only for products sent by mistake.
2.If you want to return or change the costume by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.
3.We don’t accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.
4.We recommend using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issue within 1-3 business days upon receiving the return order. We do our very best to make sure the final inspection is done quickly and that your refund is issue out in a timely manner.

A. Defective/Missing items
Customers should contact us within a week of delivery of items and email us photos if you find the package missing item(s) and costume with the Defective. we'll fix it - fast or We can arrange a new shipment of the missing items for free. and we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly.

B: Standard products size problem:
If you are returning an item because of a size issue, please make sure you check the costume itself and not rely on the label on the outside packaging. It is not unusual for a manufacturer to use the same labeling or packaging for all costume sizes. In addition, it is possible that the size of the costume is correct while the packaging labeling is incorrect. (the 1-2 inches difference will be acceptable and 1-2 inches difference is normal).
Especially for Wrong size costumes or a quality problem, once confirmed the error occurred in our side,we are responsible for repair and exchange. Man-made damage is not included in this column.

C: Customized product size problem:
If there is a size problem with customized products, we will re-make it according to your size for you. *If the size problem is due to incorrect information that you given us, then you need to bear the cost of re-production and the shipping cost. *If our operation error caused you to receive an incorrect size product, we will bear the shipping and re-production costs.
We don’t accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.

D: Shoe Returns:
All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. Try your shoes on indoors in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return.

Please follow our instruction guideline here to document any measurement errors or damages.
When taking a photo, make sure the area is well lit and details in the photo can be read easily.When ready, submit the photos for our processing.

When taking a photo, make sure the area is well lit and details in the photo can be read easily.
For measurement verification, place the item on a flat surface with a measurement tape over the problem area.
Your photo show allow us to read the numbers on the measurement tape clearly.
For other issues such as damages, please make sure your photo shows a clear view of the damage area.

Return Steps:
You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided.
Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
For the above policies we reserve the right of final explanation.

About Cancel or Cancel an Order
The goods have been delivered:
When we receive the goods, check that there is no damage, we will refund the total price of the goods 80%. (We will charge the order shipping fee and 20% of the cost, to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)

The goods are not delivered:
A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows "Tailoring", we will full refund.
B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "Tailoring", within the processing time, we will refund 90% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers)
C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "Tailored", exceed the processing time, we will refund 80% of the total price. (We will charge the orde 20% of the cost, to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material costs and other miscellaneous cost.)
D. If the order status shows "Shipping", we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation in this case. You need to wait for the goods to be received. Refund according to the The goods have been delivered return.

Wrong Delivery Address/ upgrade the shipping method
CosSuits.com ships all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, We will ONLY able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address. (which different from order shipping information.) We will NOT able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address.

CosSuits.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. The shipping fee depend on which shipping method you choose.
