Return & Exchange Policy

At Cossuits.com, we strive to offer satisfying and completely fairness service to all our valued customers. If regrettably you have issues with your order that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the costume to get a refund. As costumes from Cossuits are all Custom-made according to buyer's own measurements, so it's really important for us to offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy. We'll make sure the measurements is right before we arrange shipment.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
Exchanges and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. Check item restrictions below.
Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, a representative will return the item to you as soon as possible.

1. Defective/Missing items/Size different from our website size chart. Customers should contact us within 3 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support the claims if you find the package missing item(s) and costume with wrong size. We can arrange new shipment of the missing items for free. Especially for Wrong size costumes, once confirmed the error occured in ourside, we will make a new one costume free (by the way, the 1-2 cm difference will be acceptable); if this caused by the wrong measurements buyer provided, Cossuits.com is not responsible for this, buyers will be charged for a new one at 10% discount off, in this situation if size revision needed, buyers should send the costume back to us at their own cost and we will charge buyers for the revision at cost. We do NOT accept refunds for customize costume, but if the size really different of your measurements, we will make a new one free. We accept refunds for accessories and wigs. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving orders. We will offer 100% refund only of products sent by mistake. If you found package damage, can refuse to accept.

Following Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging,

Item that have been used or washed.
Item that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
Item with stains

Important: 1.Please be noted that only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded. 2.Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at their own expense through registered mails with online delivery tracking number.

2.Order Cancellations/Changing All costumes from Cossuits are made in your own size, pls kindly check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. In the event that a mistake has been made on a processed order, pls email us in 24 hours after your submitting, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame cause Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. And orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding. For wigs, accessories and other ready shipping items, we usually send after 1-3 days after your purchase, we will give our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary changes. If the order has already shipped, or cannot be located in the shipping containers, Cossuits will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.

3.Wrong Delivery Address/ upgrade the shipping method Cossuits.com ships all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, We will ONLY able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address. (which different from order shipping information.) We are NOT able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address.

About Exchange:

1. For standard size products:
After the delivery of the goods, if it is a quality problem, we are responsible for repair and exchange. Man-made damage is not included in this column (Before all goods are being sent to the shipping company, there are quality inspection reports and archives) other wise we will not refund or exchange.

The goods have been delivered:
Please return the original items to our company first, we can free to exchange the size if the item without damage, no traces of use and no stains, you only need to pay a new shipping fee.

The goods are not delivered:
We offer a free exchange size service, but the delivery time needs to be extended.

2. For customized products:
After the delivery of the goods, if it is a quality problem, we are responsible for repair and exchange. Man-made damage is not included in this column (Before all goods are being sent to the shipping company, there are quality inspection reports and archives)otherwise we will not refund or exchange.

The goods have been delivered:
If the item has no quality problems, we do not support the replacement of the goods.

Note: We will actively communicate with our customers before we start producing custom-sized products to ensure all custom product sizes are manufactured to the size of the customer asked. If the customer gives the wrong size, we are not responsible, of course we offer a service to modifies the size (additional charge).

The goods are not delivered:
We will free to exchange the size for within 24 hours after the order is placed, after 48 hours of ordering, we need to charge 10% of the value of the goods.(because the fabric has been wasted)

3. Shoe Exchange:
All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. Try your shoes on indoors in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return.

About return refund:
1. For standard size products:
After the delivery of the goods, if it is a quality problem, we are responsible for repair and exchange. Man-made damage is not included in this column (Before all goods are being sent to the shipping company, there are quality inspection reports and archives) other wise we will not refund or exchange.

The goods have been delivered:
When we receive the goods, check that there is no damage, we will refund the total price of the goods 80%. (We will charge the order shipping fee and 20% of the cost, to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)

The goods are not delivered: 
A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows "Tailoring", we will full refund. 
B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "Tailoring", within the processing time, we will refund 90% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers)
C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "Tailored", exceed the processing time, we will refund 80% of the total price. (We will charge the orde 20% of the cost, to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material costs and other miscellaneous cost.)
D. If the order status shows "Shipping", we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation in this case. You need to wait for the goods to be received. Refund according to the The goods have been delivered return.

2. For customized products:
We don’t accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.

3. Shoe Return:
All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. Try your shoes on indoors in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return.

If you want to return or change the costume by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.

Return Steps:
You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided.
Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
For the above policies we reserve the right of final explanation.

Cossuits.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depends on which shipping method you choice. If you want to upgrade to UPS/FedEX/DHL, customers need pay the extra shipping fee to our Paypal account immediately.
