Q:How do I pay for an order?  
A:To pay for your order on CosSuits Store, follow the steps below:
1) Please first select the appropriate size from our size chart provided, then click the "BUY NOW" button to proceed to the payment page. On this page, enter your delivery address and choose a suitable shipping method. Once all information is verified as correct, please click the "Place Order" button to complete the payment process via PayPal.
 
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
 A: We accept only one-time payments. Payments must be authorized personally by individuals who are at least 16 years old.
Choose the safest and most convenient payment option available, exclusively verified by PayPal. Our secure and popular payment method simplifies your shopping experience, keeping it straightforward and hassle-free.

1)PayPal Payment: To pay with PayPal, select it as your payment method and proceed to the PayPal site to complete your transaction.

2)Debit or Credit Card Payment: You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal without needing to create a PayPal account. Simply select the option to pay with a debit or credit card, enter your billing and card details, and follow the prompts to finalize your payment.

 
Q:Why did my payment fail?
A:If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations:
Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure.
Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.
Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.  
 
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Here is how you track your order:
Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

If you don’t know what your  tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.
 
Q:I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?
A:If you can't track your order using the tracking number provided:
1. Please contact the supplier to confirm whether they have provided you with the correct tracking number. Please also check if they have changed the shipping information. You can contact the supplier using our instant messenger tool, chat with us or click contact us to send us messages.
2. Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.
 
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 
A: Your order will be handled within 24hours. If in stock, we will deliver the parcel within 48hours, otherwise, it will take 7-14 days to customize it according to your measurements. Estimated Delivery Time:Processing time(Tailoring Time)+Shipping time(Base on your choice) .we will give you the tracking number after we sent out your costume.you can get your costume in 11-21 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a  tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.
 
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you decide to cancel your order you can contact our customer service department and they will assist you in doing so.
 
Q:Why was my item/order canceled?
 A:1.We accept full refund and cancellations within 7 days for standard size costumes, props, wigs and accessories. Over 7 days, we will charge 30% of the order amount for labor costs.
    2. We don’t accept refund and cancellations for customize costume, after we receive your order, our tailors will carefully compare the measurements you gave and start cutting the fabric and          making it. Therefore, we will not accept cancellation of your order 2 working days after your order has been placed. Please make a careful decision.
 
Q:What if I forget my password?
A:We can quickly email you a link to reset your password. Click here to go to the log-in page and then click "Reset Password".
 
 
Q:When will I receive my refund? 
A: Refunds are issue within 1-3 business days upon receiving the return order. We do our very best to make sure the final inspection is done quickly and that your refund is issue out in a timely manner. The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from Paypal account. 
Typically, you will receive a refund immediately. If the refund is not credited instantly, it may need to be processed by the credit card center. You can log into your account and view your transaction history to obtain details about the refund.
